VALLEY QUILTERS, HEMET, CALIFORNIA

Welcome. Valley Quilters is an active guild located in the Inland Empire area of southern California, the fastest growing region in California. In 2005, we celebrated our 25th Annual Quilt Show, with more than 140 items judged and displayed. Please, come be a guest at our monthly meeting, every 3rd Tuesday morning, Wesley Meeting Room, First United Methodist Church, 530 S. Buena Vista at Mayberry, Hemet, CA. (Pking entrance off Mayberry.) We meet at 9:30 am. There is a guest fee of $3. Meetings in September and December are for guild members only.
Membership is open to quilters of all abilities. We have a weekly quilting group that works on Guild and personal projects. We also have many friendship groups. There are challengers, mysteries, classes, trips and great speakers, as well as laughter, tears and shared experience.
The Guild has several service projects: Security Quilts for emergency use by law enforcement and firemen, and Hemet Hospital pediatrics; $1000 Scholarships given to local graduates; financial support of Scouting and Valley Wide Recreation Center.
